Recommendations

• ESDES should strengthen and sharpen the criteria of faculty qualification in terms of intellectual contributions and requirements of practice activity.

• The school would be expected to continue to mature its Assurance  of Learning System (AOL). 

• Make the promotion system clearer for new faculty, particularly international faculty

• The school should consider how teaching effectiveness is linked to the faculty's career development and promotion criteria
